Alright, for your question. Best I can say is, yes he did create the game. But as soon as he reincarnated into the game, he fell into a deep dark void. Which is "The System" so basically, the system allows him to keep the memory of his past life, and help him into surviving into the world. But in exchange, it took his knowledge of the game, don't get me wrong, he still remembers some stuff from the game, but the system only took the major event, but details such as items and stuff, he still remembers it all but not the major event, and also. Since the game is supposed to be an MMORPG in his past life, Tessasia actually... never existed in his game. The same goes for all the characters that have been introduced into the novel.
