The MC does bring a valid point how strong could Konoha had gotten if Danzo and his friends all died back during the peace talks with the 2nd Raikage thus not having these parasites weaken the village over the decades trying to hold on to their power and in Danzo's case trying to become Hokage by removing anyone with the potential to take the position

I'm surprised the MC is still using Shadow Clones considering he literally perfected Cloning and could just make clones of himself with restrictions so they don't turn on him ... Maybe it's not as good of a idea as I originally thought As for the Chakra Serum only being able to give those with poor/no ninja talent genin level Chakra reserves the easiest solution could just be creating a Chakra storge seal like the Yin Seal that one future Blonde Bombshell uses in the future Or he could go the Orochimaru path and create a safer lest fatal version of the Curse Seal to allow those with only Genin level(Or Higher) temporarily boost their strength by one level higher by utilizing a very small amount of Nature Energy when using Ninjutsu/TiJustsu/GenJustsu
