I chose partly Aegon First and Orys Baratheon. Who were also rumored to be half-brothers? So if it was a boy, Lyanna and Rhaegar hope for the same bond between them.

That is how it looked in the show. So, I went with a similar design. Also, it is how the Targaryens see the seven kingdoms, with Dorne still being part of it.

In this is Rhaenys, who is going against Viserys, and her oldest child is Laena; what would mean Laena would rule after Rhaenys?

There are two islands: the main city, Tyrosh, and Little Tyrosh, an offshoot of Tyrosh. If Aemon attacked Tyrosh itself, it would mean total war and a long and bloody one.
