I feel like kidnapping him is still very much so within Kelvin’s means. I don’t know how it would be possible for the Patriarch to have gotten game points and fame faster than Kelvin’s rise in strength and therefore should be below A rank in raw stats. Kelvin knocking him out using just his rank superiority and then escaping after no longer having his abilities sealed should be within his means. The only ways this wouldn’t be the case is if 1) The patriarches Null ability is a passive. 2) Kelvin fears Icons interfering to much. 3) Patriarch can choose who he does and doesn’t nullify.
I mean… The patriarch is a null that negates just powers right? Or does he negate all forms of harm that come his way? If it’s the former kelvin should be able to beat him already.
There is something that is missing but I don’t know what… all I know is that the existence of the God of power and his siblings is very strange when it comes to everything we know now. They don’t even have supreme laws so then what do they have? Are they the embodiment of the sparks?
Arthur maybe should have taken that beating instead of showing his power. Whether he kills the assassin or not the rest of his enemies will be able to take this loss into account for next time and overprepare in their next plot vs. Underestimating him and underplanning the next attempt at stopping Arthur.
I dont know how smart he is if he can’t reason that the best course of action, despite how mad he is, would be to leave Arthur alone if he isn’t allowed to kill him. The only person worth less than a bastard of the Dyson family is someone who isn’t a part of it. So with Arthur’s displayed talents, he will inevitably become someone important enough to easily seek revenge without consequence. Never make enemies you can’t properly deal with…
Her existence reminds me of a “Pattern Screamer” but with actual control of their power. A threat to everyone and everything except Legion.
God of power’s sister? Forgot her name if she had one.
I am very skeptical as well. The Lord of Madness death is still very suspicious. Either he is Legion (which I doubt) or he has backup plans to usurp their success. Is madness or infection greater at rewriting something I wonder….
Dunno why I was expecting a detective scene that lead them to Arthur and taught him another lesson. 🫥
Uhh unless Arthur killed everyone close to Jake as well then there should be at least 1 person alive who knows he tried to kill Arthur, then Arthur was proclaimed dead, then returned later, and now Jake is dead. Even with no direct proof he should be on the suspect list. I specifically recall Jake relaying his orders to his butler or whatever.
