Stamina is in my opinion, because what is agility without stamina? even if I'm fast it wouldn't mean much if I get tired after just 5 seconds of running. So stamina first and then agility. But you are free to believe what ever you want.

depends on how long he is doing the workout. If he does 10 pushups in 5 minutes but he constantly takes a break in between those 5 minutes, he most likely won't receive points at all. And if he does it might be just 1 in something like physical or strength.
