It's clearly time for Lex to die. Just merc him. I don't care about his legacy as a frequent Superman/JL villain, the fact that he's an interesting character etc. etc. This is fantasyland and we kill our villains when they deserve it. Lex needs to go. May I suggest something like a fatality from Mortal Kombat?
It's a shame there wasn't a certain orange hammer in store for our pseudo-paladin after that feat. It would suit him quite well. Great chapter, amazing story!
Still, minutes is extremely weak. Hogwarts held out far better against an army. And yes, it should be at that level or more since he "mastered magic lost to time". He also panics like a child when he's 300+ years old. These are all fine, except for the fact that this has an Overpowered tag on it. He clearly is not. And all that aside, if he just wants to be left alone, 300 years and no Fidelius? With himself or a house elf or whatever as the secret keeper.
Indeed. He should've wiped the floor with them and then decide to leave to not be bothered again. Not had to flee like a weakling when he has had centuries over his opponents to gather strength and prepare defences. Who has 300 years to prepare wards and then they crumble like paper?
Not the Rangdan especially though. They've been harassing their worlds for generations and are perticularly cruel. In 40k lore it took entire legions to take them down and it's speculated they even killed one of the two missing primarchs. The Rangda suck. Hard.
I figured he said that because he literally got dropped into the world in a police station having graduated the academy. You know, without ending up in a mental institution by saying everything.
He's going to make bank if he's listed as a songwriter and/or producer on Taylors re-recordings. Those things made crazy money. I think that's a great way to get him some extra cash if you want certain things to happen that aren't realistic on a cops salary. He should also want money even if he doesn't want to spend it on frivolous/extravagant things. It's completely passive income that doesn't interfere with being a cop and would be welcome for anyone wanting to start a family in the future in a city as expensive as LA. Great chapter as always, loving the story.
As others have said, yes canon. But specifically it's about the Grey Knights.
I'd skip out on GoT entirely to be honest. It's hard to overcome how shit that ending is, and he can't fix it because the books aren't written by the time he has the internet. If they ever will be. All that time commitment, 8 years, to be Jon Snow only to have it end in a radioactive dumpster fire of a final 2 seasons. I would wait and score Daemon for House of the Dragon. It's perfect for how Bas is acting and grew up to look. (It's my second read through). He could totally pull off Daemon masterfully. Besides by the time he's done with Potter and has done other noteworthy roles, it's not like he needs GoT for brand recognition.
Yeah fair enough it's a long ways away. Though, at least in my opinion, that's probably the earliest it'll work if the ages don't change/you meddle a bit with the year the shows starts etc. to make them the same age. 3 years age difference is BIG until the younger person is past 20 I feel. No 18 year old would be caught dead with a 15 year old unless there's something wrong with them. A LOT happens during that time in life and the difference in maturity is huge.
