its implied he could attain a true name again if he weaves himself back into the nightmare spell on his terms, he was lost from light, maybe his new one would be found by light as he builds up his ties of fate by choice/finds his relationship with nephis again? also, the text of his shadow bond says to TELL somebody his true name which he didnt get to do, so it would be fitting for him to build and then independently tell nephis his new true name,,,,, almost like a proposal (uwu)

sunny being cut out of fate is such a smart way to re-establish the relationships between characters but i wonder if their convergence like this is sunny learning to build fate-like threads or something of that nature, or at least related to him understanding his shadow bond being a boon down the line

does this mean every person even if their soul is adult and no longer malleable that goes to the dream realm will succumb to the First Nightmare? touching the dream realm as an infant is how legacies force their children to be Awakened so ostensibly this could still mean the death of millions that cant sustain awakening as mentioned previously

i feel it would be pretty in line with the nightmares [sense of humor] for the end of this nightmare to be similar to nephis's second where it kind of just completes maybe torment saw this as the only way to get everybody out and is just done, or something weird like effie's child's father's flaw/aspect where they just forget everything and have to try and piece it together after they leave?

v cute and complex how the author has made a point that nephis not only doesnt believe she should exploit her power real (sunny) or based on her position (public, everyone else) i wonder if the next arc will interact with what happens when she comes across somebody who truly believes the Spell is a net good for their own reasons; does she steamroll them for her own purposes (commands sunny when there is an evident benefit) or will it affect her resolve?

love yapping so imo: cassie has obviously regretted the violation of sunny's true name, if she wanted to move against dread lord, sunny or nephis would be the obvious options nephis dead last loop, so maybe this is a situation where cassie both realizes the death she forsees (torment dying) and opens her up to futures that she can work with more (cassie we know is still alive) and also gives some scale to the initial trio's relationships and power struggle and sunny can finally come to terms with the fact he *shouldnt* have to carry every single burden in a calculating way alternatively if it'd be nuts if torment knows she can only die to sunny and has set it up for him to kill her and free everybody from the loop insane that we're less than halfway up an exponential scale 1500 chapters in, super excited to see what a fourth nightmare looks like and why we only have three (known) supremes and all that jazz, we're doing space time control and all sorts of stuff already in the third nightmare
