Most of the time, you only get one or two commands before the opponent figures it out. It’s better to use those commands to actually do damage than use it to make it a bit easier to do damage. You damage the enemy in both situations but one costs a lot less cursed energy, is easier, and is faster. Saying “plummet” is better in 95% of scenarios.

Probably possible but it would be so expensive and you’d have to keep pumping energy into the command to keep the effect going. I’d say the energy cost is too high to really make it worth it when you can just tell them to not move and cut their head off.
