You should give him an inventory. I think it'll be good for the story but not a big inventory a limited one.

More romance and more about the system.. But definitely more romantic scenes with more details.

Have him destroy the citadel with wildfire and make it seem the masters were experimenting with it. but before have Baelon and Otto talk about the power the citadel brought to Otto family and what would happen if it went away you know taut him a little. Then build a royal citadel but in control of the royal family or something like that.
