Will your story be a serious or lighthearted one? And what do you want your MC's role to be in the Marvel universe? If you want to write a serious story with this setup, then I hope you will not be so edgy and overly grim because of the Batman template. Will your story also be about good versus evil? If so, then I hope you are not making the plot too complicated when you do not need to. Just keep it simple. Lastly, maybe change the Minecraft inventory to just an RPG game inventory so that the MC can store objects and use the item or equip the equipment in the inventory instantly instead?
