yes, give the Chinese words and then expand a tiny bit on why and how they are different. also explaining that calling people titles like "old lady/grandma" or "old auntie" is not disrespect but it's in fact the very opposite. the grandparents are asking to be called specifically by the familial title, instead of the general respectful title that doesn't necessarily indicate closeness or family relation
