Not really since to have Supreme Grand master attainment you have to have more knowledge than the Heavens themselves And the other attainments are more dictionaries of achievements like the great grand master being able to replicate the effect of other paths and not how many portions of the path you understand.

Well, all paths that exist as official and viable paths must have at least one Supreme Grand master since for a path to exist someone would have to develop it to that point and that person would probably have supreme grandmaster attainment because of this. And for the Human Path it would be Ren Zu and for the Heaven path it would be Heavens will
