I like Kira's position as the main character, but too many random connections and a lack of development of existing ones create a sense of pointlessness. It's frustrating that after reading 2/3 of Kira's progress, He haven't realized anything other than "my abilities are negatively affecting me more and more." However, there are no real consequences of this negative influence. It's disappointing that the author is lazily and unnecessarily stretching out the story with meaningless text. I'm very annoyed, and references to my beloved JoJo don't help.
