Jane instead of killing Vincent, she got tricked, trapped and pregnant because he used Nathan's identity of Sizzling August. Even Vincent must have fallen for Jane's beauty and skills. This triggered Monica, who is obsessed with Vincent. Jane's miscarriage must be Monica's doing. Vincent in order to save Jane and the child, he must have faked the gender and it's death. Mia must be brought up in some Orphanage and on other hand Jane is undergoing counseling with Stephen. Monica wanted to completely shatter Jane. Since Jane enchanted Vincent, she wanted Nathan to be enchanted by her. Monica knew Nathan was Jane's virtual friend and her first love. She laid the second trap. She used Helena, because of Helena's fondness for Nathan. Monica must have convinced Helena to use Monica's face. Nathan won't be stupid to just fall for random girls of unknown origin. Monica even asked Helena to use Jane's Shining star identity to make Nathan fall in love with him. Here Monica and Vincent have a common interest that is, Nathan's destruction. So, both set the trap for Nathan using Helena. When Jane returned back after her counseling, her guild took the task of killing Helena(who is using Monica's face) by pseudo Ravenclaw. Killing three birds with one stone. First, Monica could use Helena's identity. So, she could live freely. Second, Jane will be killed by Nathan, who once liked each other. Third, driving Nathan insane. If you remember, Ethan was asked in hospital whether he could see Monica's soul, but he said he couldn't. Which means the person dead must have been Helena. So, it's all thanks to Bam Bam's intervention to fail Vincent's plan by using Jane to seduce Nathan, and unfold all hidden mysteries, and to uphold their justice.PS: It's just my guesswork.

Oh God! It will not be easy to make Vincent trust him. After all they aren't easy to fool.
Fortunately, Vincent bought Joker's lie. He ordered Phoenix to rescue Joker. His men responded quickly. As he waited, Joker tried to stop his bleeding. He was doing a dangerous mission. Joker grabbed his wound and he ran as fast as he could. Axel fired another gunshot but he intentionally missed him. They were just making evidence of the scene so that it would be believable that Syphiruz Mafia was chasing after Joker. - Akshata_Naik_3338mthCommented

Monica has been using Helena's fake identity. What I guess is that the person phantom flake killed must be Helena, who disguised herself as Monica. Monica & Nathan studied in the same college. If some random girl just approaches you, you will never let your guard down, provided his high profile background. So, the real Monica must have convinced Helena, to use her face(through hyper realistic mask or plastic surgery)who must have taken liking for Nathan. In order to make him fall in love with Helena who was disguised as Monica, she must have used Jane's Shining star identity. So, he could feel she is a genuine person. But after Helena's death, Monica could use her identity and hide from Nathan.
