To be honest, this novel is pretty good if you look at it superficially. But I think the author leaned in too much on the "Edgy MC" some of the chapters will just be him monologueing about how terrible he is and I think the author should've used the "show don't tell" approach. I personally don't mind the incest stuff but when it's supposed to be the main focus at least make a story about how it even happened it's just "oh were having sex now" ok the very first chapter. Still pretty good, would love to see how the story progresses

Tone down the pessimism brother. Though I agree showing off the healing technologies would have an adverse effect I don't think it would go "Wall-E" but more of people being more stupid with their health. But think of the benefits, no more cancer or regular annoying disease. amputation wouldn't be an issue (Bucky?) an poisoning would basically dissapear (Palladium poisoning maybe?)
