One of the best books ever ve ever read on this app. My only issue is it has not been updated in 6 months and before that was not updated for a whole month. If the story was finished or updated regularly to sei regularly I’d say it’s a 5 out of 5. But where the story left off there is still so much left to do with the character in high school and possibly beyond. At this point I just hope the author starts to release more chapters though

This story is absolutely amazing and my only problem with it is that it hasn’t been updated in 5 months. I would have given it a 5 out of 5 if it was updated regularly.

So honestly I am still reading the book but I almost put it down for some things that make no sense at all from chapters 189-191 I think they are the homecoming chapters. Where things that should have happened a few months ago in the stories timeline somehow happened 3 years ago now. His Ex also somehow has a different name and has somehow not been there for 3 years when just from the start of the story till chapter 189 or the homecoming chapters it just randomly changes to 3 years and names change. I will keep reading the book and may change my review for better or worse but before this part that confused me extremely I was loving both the writing style and everything else about the book.

Once again where did the three years go from ever account till the past few chapters it has only been months not years. Like is he now 21 years old now as well or somehow 18 still. I have been extremely confused the past few chapters.

So these past few chapters really confused me for a few reasons. One when the cheating first happened it wasn’t 3 years ago it was when he got let go which was at the end/start of the season. Two if he can’t even be a part of the same national team or brand as him how can he just forgive him so easily when it should also be fresh in his mind for not even being a year since it happened like at the start of the story. The changing it to 3 years doesn’t really make it better it just makes this confusing for the reader cause we haven’t missed anything and now everything is getting all mixed up timeline wise. And the last part that confused me is didn’t Marco (the agent) say to him that he would tell his mom why he is not playing for Italy which his ex best friend is exactly that reason!
