that last comment of your really does make you wonder and with your hints to Sebastian being a true, ultimate dark lord... maybe he's manipulating from the shadows, killing off ancient families as an act of vengeance for those who either ignored or failed to save/protect his sister and Jordan. I mean looking at it over a long period we have the Gaunts's going extinct despite having multiple members some of whom didn't subscribe to the whole pure blood over all else vitriol their family was known for. the Black's all gradually dieing off or are put in positions where they are unable to continue their line, the Potter's who also somehow were killed off like a plague, hit their family overnight, the Bones' cut down to their last 2 members, both of which happen to be female and therefore cannot carry their family name, the Prewitts who are all extinct with the exception of 2 female members, 1 who's married into a different name and another who is also female as well as being WAY too old to even think of having kids once more. there are others as well, I'm sure, but they're the glaringly obvious names that stick out to me, and tbh, shouldn't have died out so quickly, if at all. I bet both dumbles and Natty would find any revelations like this shocking ,terrifying, and also most horrifying.

Jordan really needs to stop assuming everyone and everything in the area are poachers and dark wizards. he did it with the dragon handlers despite them clearly being known to the general staff of the school and now, with sirius despite there being no reason nor anything point towards such a conclusion

Nice chapter. Will be entertaining when Jordan learns of snapes identity, and I'd love to see him start making new potions and adjustments to existing recipes. Also, in the second task, it was clear that whilst Jordan is very powerful and quick at casting his magical knowledge and diversity is rather lacking. And he seems to have become to realise too reliant on both ancient magic and family elemental magics. The near loss of the task because of his lack of knowledge should push someone like him to expand his repertoire and perhaps begin developing new spells of his own. He is regarded as one of the most powerful and brilliant students in centuries, so he shouldn't find it too difficult a challenge. Last thing, I thought he would get at least a little bit annoyed at Louis for endangering an extremely rare magical creature like a horned serpent. Will we be seeing Poppy any time soon or perhaps another character reunion at some point. Would be great to have her arrive at hogwarts out of nowhere on the back of a dragon, overjoyed to see him alive only to then berate him for his mistakes in the past like natty did as well as for fighting creature for the entertainment of others. Something she would be very against considering their take down of the dragon fighting ring in the game timeline. Really glad to see your back and hope you keep up the amazing work

I'd love to see him create some sort of larger suit of mechanical armour like a jaeger from the Pacific rim movies. perhaps not at ridiculously big but something that can be worn like armour and is comparable to a dragon in size

it went from very regular updates (like weekly at most) to nothing at all. unfortunately it seems that the author either lost interest, lost access to their account or perhaps passed away suddenly. Other than it being unofficially abandoned I doubt we'll ever really know more. From what I can tell they just vanished immediately after this chapter and I don't think anyone's heard from them since

real shame about this being abandoned. I have no idea what happened to the author as they seem to have just vanished from the earth completely. I'd love to have seen Harry use parsel-toung to stop the horned serpent, and that watch Jordan get all defensive for magical against Louis Delacour putting him in his place as he seems a bit arrogant. plus, like I've said previously, there seemed to be some overriding plan for this with some serious magic and power involved. It would have also been cool to see Jordan learn to wield ancient magic like the keeps did in the memories he watched during his trials. I've always found it odd that they all wielded this great power rather passively, even isidora only appeared to have an extra take on it, whereas our character almost exclusively uses it for extreme combated and power based magics. If anyone decides to take up the mantle of this story as it were and continue it where it was left off, please put it in the comments so fans of this fiction can cone see how it all turns out

tbh I think he just wasn't sure where he was actually going with it. I mean, Jordan was OP AF and would likely deal with Voldy or at least his death munchers with ease, and Sebastian just isn't the sort of character people want to see as the bad guy. I was really hoping to see more reunions, though, if I'm honest. really liked Poppy's character in the game and wanted to see her return

So I just finished re-reading through this entirely and noticed quite a few things out of place. There are multiple spelling and grammatical errors throughout the story. Nothing big but enough to notice. Also, you have set up things multiple times in the later chapters only to forget about them in the chapters afterwards. For example, the murmurs play performed by the Starks was also to train people ready for the long night and so the north could pre-emptively strike at the night king. You stated Harry and the North didn't want to get involved in the war of five kings, but then had him conquer the Northern Riverlands. The Ironborn attacked the North, but we haven't heard anything more about them. It's like you forgot they existed. You stated in the conversation between Aryan and Jon that the North was united as 1 kingdom, 1 ruler, and 1 religion but have then just had the Whitehills slaughtered for treasonous thoughts and belief in the faith of the 7. It honestly feels like you aren't very committed to a story plot and have lost much of your interest in the fic. Especially with the very slow updates and disjointed chapters

that's sorta what I'm thinking. in the journal, he certainly doesn't sound like someone lost to insanity and the dark arts. If anything, it sounded like he was still his normal self and even slightly less obsessed than when he was younger

So he wasn't all evil during his time in the DOM. He likely was tricked by some ancient Dark Lord claiming god-like powers and abilities and then was either twisted or fully taken over by said ancient's spirit. Herpo the foul, maybe? or perhaps a witch or wizard behind some sort of mythological diety. Either way, I hope Jordan can save Sebastian from the darkness he's submerged in right now. out of curiosity, will the storyline pick up the pace at all, or will you keep the slow pace throughout. I'm just a little worried if it keeps going so slowly, you might lose interest either from fans or yourself in completing it.

Nice new chapter. It's great to see the issues of wizarding society being addressed in this. I always thought what we saw taught in hogwarts was too easy, and anyone who's ever been to any school knows there's never so much free time even at a boarding school like hogwarts. Hopefully, Jordan can help guide the wizarding world back to its glory days of the past and away from the controlling purebloods that fear losing their power and influence
