So there should be zero buildings, fires, wheels, clothes, processed food, language, etc. This is really a moronic story point.
I'm losing braincells by the moment
ITS BEEN 10 YEARS WHY DO YOU BROHER HAVING A TIKE SKIP IF YOURE JUST GOING TO IGNORE IT AND WRITE USING YOUR SINGLE DIGIT IQ
bro what tf
they never once dueled during the 10 year time skip? really?
Hot garbage rolled up into a novel. What's the point of going to an academy if you just want to not learn and just have free time? Why must the author insist he gets zero points! It's the dumbest thing, I do not believe for a second that him beating the mage would cause then to rule him a failure. Same with the bow. Same with the first test, where the 1000 year old dragon was so emotionally unstable he lashed out at the test giver for zero reason. He learned nothing during a 10 year time skip, forgot about his dog, and didn't even bother to learn to control his human body better. Every plot point is dumb and contrived, and I am still in the first ark so it'll probably only get worse from here.
all this basic info should have been discussed during the time skip. you basically just froze mc in time and didn't progress at all, a better solution would be to have no time skip at all and just have the trials begin at 15.
absolutely braindead conclusion here
I hope for no academy ark but if so please don't make it cliche
bro just destroyed the dagger that cost him most of his savings. you could have at least had him do it on the knife he bought before the expensive one
he was going he was going he was going could all be compressed into 1-2 non repetitive sentences
the paragraph directly after the one you left this comment on says he received notes and not a stack of coins my guy
I'd assume that they made the satchel themselves, maybe out of scrap leather from a tannery. Probably should have been specified though
that's an even bigger hurtle to overcome
it'd have been funny if they had the under 30 competition now instead of way earlier
spears > swords change my mind
this is a very clear and nice analogy 👍
