I think you’re trying to say “he killed Harry in 3 seconds” or “he killed Harry 3 minutes ago” since “3 seconds ago” is unrealistic. :)
Upon closer inspection, that shadow turned out to be Byakuya, who had killed Harry just three seconds ago.
