Secondly, I read up to the part about the priest's wife, where it says she enjoyed doing certain things with multiple men in the past (sorry, but it's disgusting to even touch such women). And at the time of this chapter, only two women are actually in his harem; the rest are simply cheating on their husbands with MC. Thirdly, I can assume that most of the women he sleeps with are simply other men's wives who end up staying with their husbands but sometimes sleep with MC (I could be wrong, of course).

I don't mean to insult anyone or be negative, but why write "no yuri" in the synopsis and then add it anyway? I'm just curious to know the reason behind this.
