I'm only using the names for similarities and such. Endocarditis is the name of the disease because it specifically causes it. Think of it as endocarditis is not a symptom anymore. Its just the name of a disease that causes what endocarditis is in our world. Hope this helps, if you have anymore questions and the like let me know. The current arch ends at Chapter 188. I would recommend you read it to completion because I think you'll like the next parts. As for the next arch, its chapters 189-201, already finished. The next arch after that is now being released which I think you should wait for as its just releasing.
