So you're making him only show his healing abilities so that other S ranks will look down on him, by doing that you'll be able to make the over-used cliché trope of the mc being underestimated and such. And him not fighting but only his sister instead will give people an assumption that he's weaker not only compared to his sister but other s ranks.

This is why authors make their mc's hide their power and identity, so that they could make such cliché and unnecessary plot lines. Mc getting underestimated and such, pointless drama.
