Log Poses are a pain. :P
Another thing. The thing about Tentacruel being good in a Grass-Gym is that it is part Poison, which removes the super-effectiveness of Grass moves on the Water Pokemon, doing only normal damage.
Tentacruel has Clear Body and Liquid Ooze. Clear Body makes it so your stats can’t be lowered by your opponent. Liquid Ooze reverses the after effects of life-absorbing moves. If you use a move like Giga Drain on a Pokemon with Liquid Ooze, you get hurt instead of healing.
Pokemon Fire Red. Gen 3 was when Abilities became a thing.
*sigh* me and my fat fingers.
Let’s bot forget No. 151 - Mew!~ :P
To “complete the” Pokedex.
Suicune+? 🧐
I enjoyed using Tentacruel in this Gym. The Liquid Ooze ability counters life-absorbing attacks.
Gonna need them Leftovers in later Gens. :P
Aster Town, don’t you mean Lavender Town or was that intentional?
Not to mention, the movepools for Pokemon become way better after Gen 1. Here’s my Gen 3 version of my Blastoise team. Clefable Level: 75 Ability: Cute Charm Held Item: Leftovers Moves: Meteor Mash, Psychic, Moonlight, Cosmic Power Gengar Level: 75 Ability: Levitate Held Item: Spell Tag Moves: Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Dream Eater, Hypnosis Kangaskhan Level: 75 Ability: Early Bird Held Item: Silk Scarf Moves: Hyper Beam, Brick Break, Earthquake, Fake Out Victreebel Level: 75 Ability: Chlorophyll Held Item: Miracle Seed Moves: Solar Beam, Sludge Bomb, Synthesis, Sunny Day Ninetales Level: 75 Ability: Flash Fire Held Item: Charcoal Moves: Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Safeguard, Grudge Blastoise Level: 80 Ability: Torrent Held Item: Mystic Water Moves: Hydro Cannon, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Rain Dance
I got 2 other teams. That way, Indra’s team will be based on what starter the player chooses. If Player chooses Bulbasaur: Clefable, Gengar, Kangaskhan, Victreebel, Ninetales, Blastoise If Player chooses Charmander: Raichu, Machamp, Arcanine, Lapras, Snorlax, Venusaur If Player chooses Squirtle: Tauros, Gyarados, Aerodactyl, Alakazam, Exeggutor, Charizard
You should add Indra as a secret boss fight in Red and Green. Level 75 Tauros: Double-Edge, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Rest Level 75 Gyarados: Hyper Beam, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Reflect Level 75 Aerodactyl: Hyper Beam, Fly, Fire Blast, Reflect Level 75 Alakazam: Psychic, Counter, Recover, Reflect Level 75 Exeggutor: Mega Drain, Psychic, Sleep Powder, Reflect Level 80 Charizard: Fire Blast, Slash, Earthquake, Reflect
