Do you mean that skill cooldowns are reduced by 10%? Since activating a minute cooldown skill every six seconds seems a bit broken to me.
While the in-game marriage didn't grant any legal rights, in reality, it provided numerous benefits for married players within the game. Um. I would reccomend if the character said something more like: “I had been really busy the whole time. I was so exhausted I fell asleep early every night. Sorry for not responding/contacting you.” It’s not perfect, but it sounds more human.
