next chapter will be up in a few hours, just letting myself enjoy a bit of time first since… well, today’s my birthday. i just turned 22, and honestly, it’s still sinking in. feels kinda surreal thinking about how far i’ve come this past year, especially with this story and all of you who’ve been part of the journey. i don’t usually celebrate birthdays, but if you wanna drop a little happy birthday in the comments, i’d really appreciate it. could really use a bit of that good energy today. thank you so much for sticking with me, love you guys always!

this chapter’s now fixed, so feel free to re-read it anytime. thank you all so much for the patience and understanding. and again, i’m really sorry for not being able to upload yesterday. i ended up taking a break because i felt like i genuinely needed it. if i had forced myself to keep going in that state, i probably would’ve written something half-hearted, and honestly, that wouldn’t be fair to you or to myself. i’m feeling a bit more okay now, slowly getting back on my feet and into the flow again. i’ve started writing properly and planning to make up for the missed day. starting tomorrow, i’ll aim for around 3 chapters a day - no empty promises. if i don’t hit at least 3 to 4 chapters a day this week, you have full permission to grill me in the comments. roast me. light me up. thank you again - not just for reading, but for sticking with me through the highs and lows. writing this story means a lot to me, and knowing you’re all here really makes it feel worth it every single time.
