Well... As as his strength and wisdom went bonkers in the last chapter, he apparently started to think more and suspect more. But he was still an ordinary human up until he confirmed he's the hero and it made him more cautious of non existing threats. and you can clearly feel his frustration in the battle because of trying to control his immense strength before the more experienced Guild Master.

Maya has two types of doubling stats skills while Ewaan even though has Gluttony, he shared his exp with 4 more others, and everybody got shared the same amount. but Maya got 3× more exp than others so, her stats is higher than Ewaan's

Yes, my idea is that, for example, this world of ours progressed significantly from war and technology and mainly culture, but magic or cultivation is only based on fiction. so if those things existed from a long period of time or appeared and stayed for a long period of time. the world we see now wouldn't be the same as the world of Tellus is now, it's similar but at the same time it is also not! Many nations will have multiple cultures mixed together while some will represent only a single culture. As there are not only humans in Tellus, many new cultures will appear as well. note that, I don't mean to offend or disrespectful any culture in any way, so if you feel it's disrespectful, it's totally unintentional and I apologize for it in advance!
