I think every Sovereign can use all of their abilities within their Domains. But don't forget that that's not the ability that comes with Supremacy. It was said that every Sovereign unlocked some kind of 'ultimate' ability

I dont get why people like you say that something sounds unbelievable. Do you know the power scaling better than the author ? He is saying that the might given by a well established Domain is far greater than her theoretical power as a Supreme Titan. Who are you to doubt it 🤔
