bro never have i estimated observation hakis power but each haki have a seperate power and only conqueror can be used to dispel genjutsu because if effects mind and observation haki is not related to time it's related to sense so please don't compare admirals power to kages because if you are gonna say like that then Tsuchikage power of Dust release can destroy many powerhouse of one piece and shanks and whitebeards power in prime is also too strong for Naruto world so it depends upon character you are thinking that observation haki can dispel genjutsu but no it can't because you think genjutsu effects surroundings it does on low levels of genjutsu in high level it is capable of changing reality like izanagi and izanami which can effect reality along with harbinger of darkness which can even place uchiha who have highest resistance to genjutsu fall under genjutsu do you think that an admiral such as kizaru can escape that no it's will be difficult even for top powerhouse like Akainu but he may come out because he has his pride of beinga marine but a payback type of admiral like kizaru can never have that will power to resist genjutsu
