There's no military in Naruto even the police is for protection of the village (Uchiha) the other force is the Anbu which all Naruto fans knows. The only time you can see a Military like executives(General etc) is when it's war ps. Rarely formation, Only one/two(When a super kage and kage are in the war) General figure, nothing like lieutenants only Team leader. Almost all I typed may sound like the military but there's a stark difference and my main point is it's loose they are ninja's not soldier's they don't stand at attention, also not leisurely. If you get what I mean you can get a better understanding when writing a similar novel

Author, can you do this just write what happened once and for all. Don't just waste my/our time, also confusing us
