This is your best work yet, in my opinion, it was the same quality as the rest of your works at the start, but after the first few chapters, its become a lot better. In the department of 'cringe'. I won't say your works are very cringe or anything like that, it's just you walk a very fine line between been so, and not, and you cross it a lot, in your other works in my opinion. However, since the first few chapters, you have done it very well in this book.

i like the route, helping them to deal with their burdens is the right path. taking on their burdens, is something completely different.

I forgot i was reading a villan tag, you should put a warning first, i almost stopped reading this, as it had my mouth open wide in shock lol

This is good however, the lack of character development for the mc makes it boring over time, despite this, it's still funny at times, but that laugh is always left with a sense of, 'how long will this guy continue to be delusional.' I guess that can be considered a charm of this in a sense, however it makes the story stagnant and boring after a time. I understand the plot of how he got to where he is due to his character development, i also can understand if this is just a temporary phase, however, traumatic experiences with other books states i should be weary. I also dislike unreliable narrators, if you say the demon king should die to end the engagement, then he should die, regardless. If not, then simply don't state it. It clashes to much with the lack common sense that's a good aspect of this story. The unreliable narrator tarnishes this aspect.

It's fine in the next two chapters, however suddenly in this chapter, and i think a little bit of the previous one. Humans just suddenly turned out to be Crane's?
