Interesting parenting philosophy for the situation, I'd have to deeply think about that one for a while, to gauge its truth and wisdom. Good stuff.!
Good chapter, I liked the atmosphere.
This fatty got character hehe!
Both I'd say. It's inevitable because in the great lifespan on the three layered universe, sooner or later from a shear probability stand point, the three layered universe will birth a divergent of Davis caliber. And it's Davis fault simply because he was born and he's capable. That brings an interesting stand point, much like the bloodline regression situation with the magical beasts, since it's possible, sooner or later all magical beasts will lose their bloodline and become normal, much like a calamity such as Davis has inevitably been born, just from the shear factor of possible probability. What if they where no Divergent's? What if they was no such thing as bloodline regression? What if there's a solution for both issues without it going against any rules of the three layered universe?
We don't need this gilded Noah. I look forwards to see how this all unfolds.
What happened to Chi sense? Divine sense? Soul sense? Does that not exist in this world? After all the leader could've used it to see who's alive or dead.
Stating author here just shattered my emersion, am i the only one?
I think it's a good thing the end statement was given, as I would've simply stopped reading, after all death brings trauma and not growth, mostly. Not to mention the loss of possibilities, and character development of the dead. Although I can see why people wouldn't like this to be foretold. I'm interested to know other peoples thoughts, all I can see is the loss of possibilities, in relation to certain deaths, especially if they're used as motivation for the main character, that I simply see as just trauma.
