I feel like author tends to inflate characters like scathach's power a bit too much. Realistically current scathach doesnt even have a way to improve her powers and she all of a sudden is stated to be able to destroy several galaxies? jeanne make sense because she has become much stronger and nearly close to her true potential of power that primordial chaos created her with. azathoth make sense coz azathoth is azathoth, it dont matter even if she is a child or a teenager victor is victor, dude has a universe inside his soul what else matters. but what does scathach has??? she is just peak of grandmaster, her concepts and divinity are boarderline trash compare to majority the daughters. She can't possibly use Non-Polarity energy properly to get this type of power spike at all.
