I have way more knowledge then the MCU, but you mentioned Hydra first in the story so I went with them.

I know what Tony Stark is like, not just from the MCU but comic's also... The problem is your MC is not Tony, but someone reincarnated into Tony with knowledge of the marvel universe. They already know about Hydra and yet they are doing things that could easily make them a target, which in turn makes what they are doing stupid. You spent time building up that the MC is smart and then do something stupid?! Doesn't matter if Tony is cocky, he would show off but show off in a way that wouldn't paint a target on his back when he isn't ready at all. As for Doom... I've probably read more comics with Doom then I have comics without him in it. I have a decent idea on how Doom acts and what he is like. Sure you touched on Doom, but you didn't do a great job with it and it could have been handled better. Doom wouldn't just sit behind Tony on stage like some bitch and seethe with rage for no reason. That whole display didn't make sense and was just badly done. If Tony provoked Doom and did stuff to Doom during the comp, sure I could see Doom wanting revenge, but standing quietly behind Tony on stage?!? No, Doom would have made a display and made sure Tony knew he messed with the wrong person. But Tony didn't even know Doom was there as far as you showed so the whole thing made no sense at all. Doom is prideful, arrogant, egotistical, and a bunch of other things... But the one thing he isn't, is stupid and the way you wrote that whole thing made him feel stupid.

Why do authors make reincarnated that should be smart act like retards. This is the second time this has happened and its completely stupid.
