Absolutely loved it. Sure was kind of stereotypical but it had it's charms and was great at being what it wanted to be. If this was made maybe a year earlier it would have been at the top of the site, no doubt. Grammar was kind of bad but honestly I enjoyed the story more than enough to care. I think we all know why you looked here.

For the story there is a certain skill ceiling for the user to get the skill and for the user the reason he no longer has most of his skill is he can simply never perform them anymore. Say a swordsman with lvl 70 swordsmanship who uses his right arm all of a sudden where to lose his main arm, he would then lose levels in his swordsmanship, this is because the swordsmanship he can perform is at a much lower level. This is the reason the Mc no longer has nearly all of his skills because he can no longer feasibly perform them. Keep in mind for skills like Basic Practice this only effects the handler of the user. The reason the user can get a skill like this is because of his form as a training sword.

Basic Practice is something the user never learnt in his previous life, or at least never consciously thought about how to optimise training in that certain format.

Yet again a unconscious knowledge based on a human such the Mc has only learnt how to feel motion now in his sword form with no benefits of skin that does all the work for a human.

The Mc does not have this skill already as he had no idea how to do it before, he did unconsciously learn when very young but was more of a unconscious knowledge than conscious such can learn it now only through effort.
