Please stop breaking the 4 wall by giving random details that are unnecessary to the story. They distract the reader and become annoying.

Hehe, dear reader please do forgive Di Tou, this could be considered one of the greater traumas of his generation. With job security going down, and greater and greater difficulties with social mobility, many people find it difficult to be in a financially stable situation by the time they're 60 or 70, and end up having to work up into their old ages. Unfortunately, most jobs nowadays will also try to cycle out the old workers for younger ones, as they can start the pay lower and reduce the likelihood of higher retirement packages. Of course, this is often a rather short sighted decision, as an old hand is still an old hand. Someone who's been working at the industry for a couple of decades is often times able to do the work of three or four fresh hires, but that's a problem for another day. These older individuals would often find it difficult to find new jobs at their age, and could only find work as street sweepers, custodians, and such and are stuck working a laborious job into their old age. - TheAuthorKami3mthPosted
In conclusion, this novel would do wonders if it had a beta reader and a qualified editor. The protagonist's personality is horrible, not because he is a villain, but because it is so poorly written and planned that it simply makes him awful. There are many VERY visible plot holes in this story that the author ignores. The characters don't feel realistic and the Mc says so much unnecessary or cringe-inducing dialogue that I just want to kick him. (rewritten review)

I read My Vampire System by this author a few days ago. I did not like. I tried to give his other books a chance but I didn't like them either, then I saw this one in my recommendations, it was a surprise that it is by the same author. I admit, I went to read the comic first, I didn't get past the first chapter because the first few panels attracted me enough to go read the novel. At first I thought that the artist did a good job arranging and creating the dialogues of the story, so I just sensed that I wouldn't like the novel but I would like the comic, oh, surprise. In a nutshell it contradicts me otherwise, if I watch this story and then watch your story about vampires it's like watching a professional and an amateur. Author, you grew a lot 👍 Note: I have not read more than five chapters so this rating is only to submit this comment. I didn't rate it as 2 stars.

It is a funny novel, not in the sense of being good, but rather it has dialogues and situations so absurdly unreal that it becomes funny. In the first few chapters, I tried to give Mc and the vampire voice some logic about their thoughts, but after reading more chapters I realized I was wrong. The MC and the vampire in his head act very illogically. They don't seem like realistic characters. I read them and all I can think is, "Oh, this is a comedy novel about clichés." In summary, a cliché novel about clichés.

I would say that he is a fool, but since the voice bothered him even in his dreams, I wouldn't be surprised if he lost his sanity, his intellect and became impulsive.
