I just thought of this. Technically he doesn't have to wait for the soldier boy template to gain the chest blast. If kimiko could get it then id think he has a good shot.

Speaking of soldier boy could homelander also gain the chest blast like Kimiko did? Seems reasonable considering his durability should be higher then soldier boys while his regeneration shouldn’t be half better either

Okay I mess with the system now. Makes sense to add this like another commenter said with homelanders power and a basic level of intelligence he can speed run this world. Going to other worlds like Invincible would add more challenge and interesting story telling.
