Remember he has the intelligence but not the knowledge. He just woke up and the old body owner, wasn’t all that smart or anything special.
Not really, because if an average person has stats of 1 and a trained adult has stats of 1.5 to 2 then an average of 5 is abnormal for a 15 year old. On top of that, this is One Piece so an average of 5 is decent considering he trained for a couple months and was fighting as well.

Not quite but close. It’s more comparable to being in “the zone".
Why is everyone upset about his stats? The previous person was an ordinary kid who was caught by pirates and basically became a chore boy. Even for a child his stats are close to that of average adults.
Meruem didn’t die from the explosion but he was heavily injured. The poison released from the explosion killed him.
The timeline in this story is a bit wonky, since if you go by Mcu timeline the eternals weren’t in Babylon at this time and Odin was conquering the Nine realms. Hela wasn’t even born yet if you use that reference, so this would definitely be an au mcu verse of some

Justice depends on the strength you have to stand firmly by it and defend your stance. The weak can’t make choices or have a say in anything but people respect the powerful and are more open to hearing them. Superman can enforce his opinion of not killing any villains because he is strong, period, point blank.
You can say the same for the justice league. They are stronger than most of their enemies, and enforce their own version of justice. Justice honestly can’t be boiled down to one person’s outlook on it. Most of Marvels “heroes” kill their bad guys for justice, while most of dc’s heroes don’t because they feel it’s unjust to kill villains no matter the wrong
