I’m a bit confused too with this scenario. If there’s blood on the driver’s forehead, for sure he had a contusion from the car hitting the tree trunk. And why would the man pull Anna inside the vehicle when he should be taken out of there instead because the vehicle might explode if there could be a gas leak or even the engine could get combusted?
Anna held her lips from screaming. His forehead was covered in blood, "Sir please step out I need to take you to a hospital." She said for him to open his car door.
