Finding Work Life Balance as a Dwarf

Office workaholic John Smith succumbs to his secret love of science fiction and passes away after getting too close to a shuttle launch. Violent demons, grumpy dwarves, political elves, scheming gods, stagnating economy, and cute catgirls. Will he achieve his dreams? Will he find a good work life balance? Or is he doomed to be overwhelmed by grudges and work, and lost in a horde of demons? (Update at least once a week with decently lengthy chapters.)
