Yet another identity to hide behind... So much of this novel is amazing but this hidden identity trope makes everything so hard to read and enjoy. Having 1 alter-ego is bad enough, I've dropped and come back to read like 3 times now because of this hidden identity trope lol

Authors will NEVER grow as writers if they never learn to appreciate constructive criticism (the aforementioned review was constructive criticism). Especially in a medium like WN where the readers are very active and invested in the stories. This doesn't mean that the author needs to bow down to the whims of the reader, but when countless others and I have either dropped or avoided this book because of this exact issue? Any good author would take a second look at their delivery and method of approach.
