I would suggest veer off canon and create your own story but keep faithful to the lore unless you are intentionally AUing it or cross it with another story. Even if you cross it you should still stay faithful to the lore to one of the two stories. AU gives you more creative liberties but please dont make the statue of secrecy to be something inconsequential.
There are video games canonically but they are all canonically based on Kishimoto's works as well as people and events within the naruto universe including the non-canon movies.
No this is too random for your story. Never once has it implied that Naruto was isekai'd until now. Nor was Naruto too out of character before this. I refuse to keep reading a story when you pull this out of your ass for no reason to but make a reference to a game.
Maybe follow it like The Beginning After The End?
Author's choice. If you think having a different lead would be a good thing go for it. A bit of drama around the Imprint would still be interesting to see how you handle the dynamics and consequences of such a relationship. Even more so if there is active attempts at cheat with her imprinted with his ability to see everything. Also since he is a seemingly nicer analog for Zeus would be interesting in how he views relationships. ie. if he is polyamorous, polygamous, or monogamous.
Dragon Breaks simply put make it that Talos was always a God but also A Breton, A Nord, an Imperial, an Atmoran, a Nede, and as well as not really the Dragonborn. Dragon Breaks makes it so that all of these are true. Dragon Breaks also make it that Talos was able to retroactively turn Cyrodiil from a being covered by a jungle into what we see in Oblivion.
They could go forward in time instead of backwards. This would make a time paradox in the future but you wouldn't need to amend anything written thus far. Also due to Dragon Breaks being canon in the Elder Scrolls Lore there is not actually an issue with them meeting themselves unless you want to make it being an issue in your alternate universe. Dragon Breaks make it where multiple things could have happened simultaneously. The biggest proof of that we see is the Events of Red Mountain with the Lore given from Oblivion and Skyrim versus the events in Morrowind.
I didn't really notice but that maybe because much of your writing style feels like it comes straight from the game already.
I both like this and don't mostly because of time constraints. Maybe play with Chronomancy to send them into the future to enable this better without hampering the story you're telling or occasionally send them to another universe for a short adventure?
search engine? do you mean seeker? This chapter reads odd with this mistranslation as well as Harry a couple times refering to himself in third person.
