In a world where some individuals are born with the extraordinary ability to manipulate the energy of creation, a multitude of possibilities and abilities unfold before them. However, due to their exceptional rarity, these beings are forced to hide from the society of the seijos, those devoid of the power of energy manipulation. With the purpose of regulating and controlling those blessed with this faculty, schools, institutions, and ministries dedicated to the manifestors, as they are called, have been established.
In this context, we meet our protagonist, Yami Shinri, a young high school student heading to his institution without the slightest idea that his world is about to undergo a drastic and momentous change.
