Everyone who has immortality from Darkness is genuinely alive once again, when Darkness is destroyed, I have some stuff planned for those revived.

I guess Orichimaru has shattered Obito's (Black-Zetzu's) future plans with this one move.

Gine is not revived, as she would have gone to heaven. Assume a percentage of Saiyan's weren't revived (workers, scientists, medical personal, engineers etc) Darkness was only in the hell, dimensions where he breached his way out. I've got plans for some of the Saiyan's, Bardock, Nappa perhaps King Vegeta (not sure about King yet) though...
