I’ll be honest, I read this after picking up the Manhua; however, the ending was so atrocious it made me want to forget the rest of the story. I understand the Fahrenheit references and the structure of the story, but my god it felt like everything after the forest of madness was the ex machina of ouroborous. It’s fine if you aren’t able to explain detailed parts of your story, but the author dug himself a narrative hole and just kept digging. I recommend this story up until Jaewhon leaves the depths, after that… it is at least not for me.
