Kenik13377mthCommentedOnly true if both are quite weak. Swords have more reach in hand-to-hand range which makes it hard to counter. Same reason spears are the easiest weapon to outmatch a sword with(aside from guns or spear upgrades like glaves or halberds).
The answer is the one with the dagger. The reason is, because of the weight. The sword is more heavier than the dagger and alot slower. Different from a dagger or a knife which can move fast. And not just one dagger but also using two daggers against a sword. That will increase the chance of winning. Those weapons are more dangerous when the user is close to the enemy. Ehh. DarkStar has a tendancy to kill captives that are even slightly annoying. So this probably a net improvement.

The problem was… what was the mysterious force's identity? Why did they know about the Secret Message Bead? Was their target the products inside the bead or to destroy DarkStar's plan? Were they money driven, or were they DarkStar's enemies?
