Based on what I read in the final section, I have three pieces of advice: across Essos, there are islands and tribes—possessing vast territories and countless inhabitants—that are marginalized, vulnerable, and oppressed by either the Dothraki or pirates, yet ignored by everyone else. These populations possess the land and manpower needed to build an empire, yet lack the training and strength to pose a risk of rebellion. They are perfectly suited for a great beginning for the Alteria Empire (of the Mortgoth dynasty)! The only potential issues are the Dothraki and the pirates—problems that can easily be resolved with dragonfire.
