It's a kind of morality alignment. For chaotic good, they are vigilantes that do whatever it takes to make the world a better place (like the Punisher, or Shiro). For chaotic neutral, I don't have the best idea of what they're like, but I think it's close to what mythological fey are like. Hope this helps. P.S. these alignments are from D&D.
