like I explained, every time Sasuke kill walkers (10) he get a thread of chakra unlocked (1). humans give 5 amount of a normal walker so: 10 walkers = 2 human = 1 chakra thread. now, when mc reach a clear amount of chakra thread that i call milestone. ex: 100 chakra thread. he unlock some of his original abilities. like his sharingan, shadow clones etc. those 100 thread got consumed and regenerate just like it did in Naruto. but due to the small amount the regeneration rate currently is almost instant. unlike the full amount Sasuke should have, this is like 2% or less of what he used to. umm, that's all I think, I'll make a note in future chapters to explain it fully. oh, another thing: the summoning technique is the only thing that siphon his chakra permenantly, other things require him to regenerate chakra and he can use them again.

yeah, Glenn, Alena, Amy, and Jess. they won't just welcome them with hugs. Sasuke has bigger worries and that's what he seems to be okay, he is just in the gray area. not concerned too much about that.

oh I get it, the confusion, tho I did explain it briefly in the early chapters. the "why do I feel like everything Sasuke has used is here". this is a reveal I left for the future chapters when I go back to his backstory and what caused it to happen ( him being here, by whole and how). just so you know, he has a staggering amount of soldier pills, and like you said, one of the projects jenner was working on is replecating the formula, now with Kurisu in the picture, I can introduce it. hope this clear it a little, I'm not spawning them or anything. (just like when I said he got 2 Kusanagi swords instead of one: I know one of them got destroyed in the volcano, but there is a reason why this Sasuke still got both)

bringing another anime to the scene will make things awkward now, like I said, I got an idea about hotd (since it goes by boob- I mean anime logic, iits tory telling tend to have the light mood filled with smit rather than the serious one here, anyway, that's still my opinion, I can always drop saeko in there)

still didn't decide but fight? that would be interesting to see between Ada and Alice... Sasuke will probably thrash her worse than what he did to Ada (I kinda don't like the protagonist lol)
