Found it. Just for context, Spider-man warned civilian to not touch pumpkin bomb, he touches pumkin bomb and gets hurt, Spider-man tells others to call ambulance but instead they call police to arrest Spider-man and guy who touched pumpkin bomb, then guy who touched pumpkin bomb blames Spider-man
But unfortunately for me, this was the real world or at least the DC world and not some cheap wuxia setting. Salesmen in luxury stores here were actually trained enough to not insult customers in any way and even rich young masters had the basic decency and minimum brain cells required to know that acting like a living piece of entitled shit in front of everyone for no reason at all would just be a short cut for the media to absolutely destroy their public image. - Zhorvak1mthCommented
just go to Marvel, people there are genuinely awful, there this one comic where Spider-Man tells the people to call an ambulance because the guy got hurt and the bystander said they were calling the police to arrest him and the hurt guy
