I just wanted some slop to read for a bit at night then go to sleep as usual, but instead I found myself with a character who has depth, a more unique, not unseen but definitely not common take on streaming villainous activities, I do feel the characters around the main character need a bit more fleshing out, the focus on the system and mc is great at the start but there are a few moments I felt was wasted because the mc did not interact as much with his family or even that time at the cafeteria, it was made short so he could avoid trouble sure but scenes like these are a treasure chest for great plot writing and really making characters around the mc feel alive, but I find this fic very very fun to read and would love to see the dynamic between Gwen and mc more since after all, I absolutely love romance between a hero and a villain it's just the most tense kind of romance you can write if you do it properly, no shortcuts, pure depth and rivalry until it turns into more than just that
