excellent story, I like the personality of the MC. but you could have the MC apprentice Naruto and Sakura. Kakashi doesn't teach him anything in almost all the anime and at the beginning of Shippuden he doesn't teach him much either, Jiraiya teaches him but not much, let's say, the MC could under his tutelage.
